The goals and objective of this job are to :

  • To represent the business in the key transformational project for HVAC Europe, focusing on the New Equipment Front Office Sales processes
  • To ensure that the solution delivered can support the business needs
  • To identify and manage the business changes related to the new way of working
  • To represent and understand all country operations
  • Define and be accountable for the to be process design and business change impacts
  • Champion the change

Responsibility for, but not necessarily limited to, the following business processes:

  • Lead and opportunities management
  • Quotation acceptance
  • Sales activity recording
  • Direct sales – simple quotation
  • Direct sales – complex quotations (configured products)
  • Project sales
  • Customer Relationship Management

Project Activities:

  • Attend pre-project training sessions
  • All appropriate software and project tools
  • Process Mapping
  • Other required onboarding sessions
  • Project Stage: Requirements gathering
  • Value Process Mapping
  • Identify areas of business process change
  • Identify key business gaps
  • Adapt business processes to solution design
  • Creation/adaption of business process documentation

Project Stage: Design

  • Detailed requirements definition (interfaces)
  • Specification of detailed design of gaps
  • Design and verification of data requirements for each business process
  • Co-ordination of above with Data Conversion team (Master Data Manager and Master Data Expert)
  • Design of configuration data
  • Creation/adaptation of test scripts

Project Stage: Testing

  • Taking part in all appropriate pilot testing and support the user acceptance testing across all countries

Project Stage: End User Training

  • Creation/adaption of End User Training Manuals
  • Train local team Key Users
  • Support of local team end user training

Project Stage: Implementation and Hypercare

  • Provide hypercare support for all wave implementation
  • Strong communication and support change management
  • Coordination with local counterparts
  • Ability to build a network of European SME contacts and gather information relevant to business processes across the different entities
  • Willing to travel extensively, first to France and UK, then to various countries as defined by the rollout plan
